Ingredients for Haryali moong dal chilla rolls Recipe
1/2 cup moong dal
1/4 cup Spinach leaves
1/2 cup Grated paneer
1/2 Pieces piece-onion finely chopped
1 pieces Tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 g piece- carrot grated
1/2 g piece- beetroot grated
1/2 tsp ginger- green chili chopped
1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
as required Salt
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala powder
as required Oil
Directions: Haryali Moong Dal Chilla Rolls Recipe
STEP 1.Wash and soak moong dal for 1/2 an hour. Wash spinach leaves and boil.
STEP 2.In a grinder grind spinach leaves and soaked moong dal. Make a smooth paste. Add salt to taste, red chilly powder, cumin powder and mix well.
STEP 3.Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add some moong dal paste and spread like a dosa or chilla. Cook on medium flame.
STEP 4.Cook both the sides till golden brown in color.
STEP 5.Take it out in a plate. Now apply all the veggies and paneer in a layer line. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
STEP 6.Fold it tightly like dosa. Cut it in small pieces. Serve immediately with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
