Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, combine coriander, mint, spinach, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the blended green mixture and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until well coated with the green sauce.
