Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, combine spinach, coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and add breadcrumbs, gram flour, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into kebab patties.
  • STEP 4.Heat a grill pan or a non-stick skillet and brush it with oil. Cook the kebabs on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Vegetarian Hariyali Kebabs hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
