Hariyali Chicken Tikka Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Hariyali Chicken Tikka is a popular Indian appetizer made with boneless chicken pieces marinated in a vibrant green marinade. The marinade is made with a blend of fresh coriander, mint, green chilies, yogurt, and spices. The chicken is then grilled or cooked in a tandoor until it is tender and juicy. This dish gets its name 'hariyali' from the green color of the marinade, which is derived from the fresh herbs used.
