Hare Matar Ka Bachka or Bhabra is a Bihar's special food, It is winter special recipe for all the pakora lovers. Enjoy with hari chutney and serve it as a tea-time snack, it just tastes awesome.
Ingredients for Hare Matar ka Bachka/Bhavra Recipe
1/10 cup Green Peas-
1/5 cup Rice flour–
0.60 gram Flour - table spoon
1/5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste–
1/10 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder -
1/10 tsp Black Pepper Powder-
1/10 tsp Turmeric Powder-
1/10 tsp Red chilli powder-
As required Salt and black salt as per taste
As required Mustard Oil- as per requirement for frying
As required Water- as per requirement

Directions: Hare Matar Ka Bachka/bhavra Recipe
STEP 1.In a mixing bowl take Rice flour, Gram flour, Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin seeds powder, Red chilli powder and salt. Mix the dry ingredients well.
STEP 2.Now slowly add water to the mixing bowl and mix the ingredients together to form a batter for making Hare Matar Ka Bachka. The batter should be thick in consistency and there shouldn't be any lumps in the batter.
STEP 3.Then add green peas to the batter. Mix well again.
STEP 4.Now heat mustard oil in a kadhai.
STEP 5.Then take a round ladle and pour a spoonful batter in kadhai. Deep fry till it becomes cripsy and golden brown on both sides.
STEP 6.Transfer the prepared Hare Matar Ka Bachka to a plate cover with tissue paper to absorb the extra oil. Then make the Hare Matar Ka Bachka of the remaining batter in the same manner. Serve them hot with hari chutney or tomato sauce, as a tea time snack.
