Ingredients for Hare chane( choliya) ka hummus Recipe

  • 0-1 cups Green chana—
  • 0-1/2 nos Roasted white til— tbs
  • 0-0.13 cup olive oil
  • 0-3.50 nos Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted jeera pdr—
  • 0-1/2 tsp Lemon juice —
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required ice cubes
  • As required Chopped onions and tomatoes
  • As required Olives

Directions: Hare Chane( Choliya) Ka Hummus Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1—Boil choliya with some salt till tender
  • STEP 2.Step 2–put white TIL olive oil garlic jeera salt boiled choliya
  • STEP 3.Lemon juice and 2-3 ice cubes in the blender until it becomes creamy and smooth texture
  • STEP 4.Step 3—- in d bowl put cho onion and tomatoes On It olives oli oil n Red Pepper on it
  • STEP 5.Step 5 serve it with multigrain lavash beetroot lavash falafel and you can use it as a base for your wraps n grill vegetables
