Ingredients for Hare bhare kabab Recipe

  • 1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak lasun ki paste)
  • 1/2 Cups Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup A cup of fresh green peas (matar)
  • 1/2 Cups Some chopped french beans (faras beans)
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 5 g aram masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Amchur powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • To Taste Pudina ka patte (Mint Leaves)
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)
  • 1/2 Cups Boiled Potatoes
  • 25 g rated paneer
  • 1/2 cup already dry roasted besan (chickpeas powder)

Directions: Hare Bhare Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat up a pan
  • STEP 2.Keep Blanched Palak ready,
  • STEP 3.Add some oil into the pan
  • STEP 4.Add 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • STEP 5.Cook Jeera till it gets brown
  • STEP 6.Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • STEP 7.Add chopped onions
  • STEP 8.Let it cook
  • STEP 9.Add fresh green peas (hare matar) Add chopped French beans
  • STEP 10.Add salt per taste Add chopped green chillies
  • STEP 11.Mix well
  • STEP 12.Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • STEP 13.Add Garam Masala
  • STEP 14.Add Amchur powder
  • STEP 15.Cook all vegetables till they are half cooked only because when we will make Tikki these will again get cooked; so don't make it too mushy.
  • STEP 16.Add chopped capsicums
  • STEP 17.Now switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down
  • STEP 18.Take out the mixture in a bowl for 5-10 minutes
  • STEP 19.Add few mint leaves & coriander leaves into this mixture
  • STEP 20.And add blanched Palak
  • STEP 21.Now crush this entire mix in a mixie, but don't make a paste; leave it half crushed
  • STEP 22.Add boiled potatoes
  • STEP 23.1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • STEP 24.1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak lasun ki paste)
  • STEP 25.1 chopped onion
  • STEP 26.A cup of fresh green peas (matar)
  • STEP 27.Some chopped french beans (faras beans)
  • STEP 28.Salt
  • STEP 29.Chopped green chillies
  • STEP 30.1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • STEP 31.Garam Masala
  • STEP 32.Amchur powder
  • STEP 33.Chopped capsicum
  • STEP 34.Pudina ka patte (Mint Leaves)
  • STEP 35.Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)
  • STEP 36.Boiled potatoes
  • STEP 37.Grated paneer
  • STEP 38.1 cup already dry roasted besan (chickpeas powder)
