How to Make Harcha (semolina Bread) Recipe

STEP 01

In a bowl, start by mixing all the dry ingredients together semolina, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add some oil to the dry mixture as you are kneading the semolina with your hands.

Slowly and steadily add water to the mixture until you get a smooth paste (make sure there aren

Form a ball with the dough and sprinkle it with extra semolina on top of it for some extra crunch.

Sprinkle some semolina on the pan and transfer the dough to the pan. Flatten the dough to get a circle.

STEP 07

Cook the harcha on one side for 10 minutes, then use a plate to flip it and back to the pan to cook it on the other side for another 8-10 mins. Keep flipping the harcha now and then until it is fully cooked and becomes golden brown.

Serve the harcha with your desired dressing.
