  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 Green chilli chopped Nos
  • 1 Onion chopped Nos
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped Nos
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 3/4 Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 12 ounce Green chickpeas
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves chopped

How to Make Hara Dhaniya Cholai Recipe

STEP 01

1 set the ip in saute mode, add 1 tsp oil, ½ tsp asafoetida (hing), ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 onion chopped. Saute till the onion becomes soft.

STEP 02

Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and stir. add 2 tomatoes chopped, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp salt and stir fora few seconds.

STEP 03

Next add 1/4 tsp turmeric (haldi) powder , 1 tsp coriander powder , 1/2 tsp garam masala powder , 3/4 red chili powder , 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) powder . Mix well and cover and cook for 3 minutes.

STEP 04

At this stage add 12 ounces green chickpeas and 2 cups water . Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Cook in manual mode for 3 minutes and quick pressure release after 5 minutes.

STEP 05

open and set the ip in saute mode . Add 1 cup chopped coriander leaves . Mix together . Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Hara dhaniya cholia is ready.
