  • 1/10 cup Peas, Boiled
  • 1/5 Medium Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1/20 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/10 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/10 teaspoon Ginger, Grated
  • 1/10 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Boil the spinach and peas until tender, then drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the boiled spinach and peas to the pan, along with mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, and spices. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Shape the mixture into small patties and shallow fry them until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Hara Bhara Kebabs hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to squeeze out any excess water from the boiled spinach and peas before adding them to the mixture.
