Ingredients for Hara bhara kabab Recipe

    Directions: Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

    • STEP 1.For green paste:
    • STEP 2.In a mixer make a paste of boiled green peas 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup French beans, 1/4 cup or half of one capsicum. Keep aside.
    • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup spinach puree, green paste, 1tsp grated ginger, green chillies, 1/2 tsp cumin powder and dhania powder, red chilli powder as per your taste, salt, 1tsp lemon juice and a pinch of garam masala. In a pan dry roast 2 tbsp besan (gram flour) till it turns light brown. Add this to the mixture. Mix it and make kebabs as desired. In a pan add ghee or oil and pan fry till it changes its colour or till it becomes crisp from outside. Remove and serve hot with your favourite chutnies or any sauces of your choice.
