Handi Paneer Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Handi Paneer is a popular North Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in a rich and creamy tomato-based gravy. The dish gets its name from the traditional clay pot called 'handi' in which it is cooked. The paneer is marinated in a flavorful blend of spices and then cooked with onions, tomatoes, and a mix of aromatic spices. This dish is best enjoyed with naan or roti.
