Halwa shots Recipe
Carrot halwa is a very famous dish all over India. This dish is made everywhere to be offered as prasad to the Lord at the time of worship, as dessert during festivals and on wedding occasions. Carrot being orange in colour symbolises the patriotic saffron colour of our Indian Flag. Today on this 77th Independence Day have made this Carrot Halwa as a small gesture to the nation.
Carrot halwa is made from grated carrot, milk, milk cream, sugar, ghee and dry fruits. Its taste and aroma are different. Carrot halwa is very good on its own but if it is served with rabdi, its taste becomes something unique. So today I have made halwa shots by combining rabdi and carrot halwa.
