- 1.50 kilogram Water
- 650 gram Milk

- 1 bunch Mint leaves

How to Make Haleem Khichro Recipe

Mix the grains

Soak the grains for 3hrs

Crush the ginger,garlic salt and green chilies into a paste

Heat a pan with oil and fry the meat brown

Set aside

Temper oil with bay leaves,cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,peppercorns

Add the sliced onions and salt

Fry well until brown

Add the paste prepared

Add 35g barista

Add the meat and mix well

Transfer it in a pressure cooker

Cook for 1hour

Separate the meat from the bones

Store the meat in the fridge

Cut the meat into chunks

Bring the broth to boil

Add the grains to the broth and add the meat

Cook for 1hour

Blend everything

Return in the pan

Add more meat chunks and milk

Garnish with green chilies,chopped mint leaves, lime juice and ghee fried potatoes
