A mix match of spices and vegetables from all over India with a unique taste of spices. This recipe uses raw spices and it is cooked in a traditional ways.
STEP 1.Take some raw haldi and check if its fresh.

STEP 2.Peel off the haldi .

STEP 3.Chop small pieces or even grate if necessary.

STEP 4.Take a pan, add some ghee, bay leaf, cardamom seeds, black pepper, cinnamon stick , garlic cloves, fry these ingredients grafually. Add some green chillies, and the chopped haldi vegetable roast all the ingredients for a few minutes on low flame.

STEP 5.Add some chopped onions, keep them crunchy. Add some chopped tomatoes and peas. Cook for few minutes and add some salt.

STEP 6.Take half a cup of curd, add some red chilli powder., turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix nicely. Keep stirring.

STEP 7.Cook for 2 minutes more on low flame. Serve hot and plenty.
