Ingredients for Haldi Sabzi Recipe

  • 250 gram Raw turmeric vegetable
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1.50 piece Ginger
  • 2 No.s Tomato
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds powder
  • 1.20 piece Cinnamon stick
  • 0.33 cup Green Peas
  • 2 No.s Spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 No.s Clove
  • 1 teaspoon Raw turmeric

Directions: Haldi Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take some raw haldi and check if its fresh.

  • STEP 2.Peel off the haldi .

step 3

  • STEP 3.Chop small pieces or even grate if necessary.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Take a pan,  add some ghee, bay leaf,  cardamom seeds,  black pepper,  cinnamon stick , garlic cloves, fry these ingredients grafually. Add some green chillies, and the chopped haldi vegetable roast all the ingredients for a few minutes on low flame.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add some chopped onions, keep them crunchy. Add some chopped tomatoes and peas. Cook for few minutes and add some  salt.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Take half a cup of curd,  add some red chilli powder., turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix nicely. Keep stirring.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Cook for 2 minutes more on low flame. Serve hot and plenty.
