  • 250 gram Raw turmeric vegetable
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1.50 piece Ginger
  • 2 No.s Tomato
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds powder
  • 1.20 piece Cinnamon stick
  • 0.33 cup Green Peas
  • 2 No.s Spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 No.s Clove
  • 1 teaspoon Raw turmeric

How to Make Haldi Sabzi Recipe

STEP 01

Take some raw haldi and check if its fresh.

STEP 02

Peel off the haldi .

STEP 03

Chop small pieces or even grate if necessary.

STEP 04

Take a pan,  add some ghee, bay leaf,  cardamom seeds,  black pepper,  cinnamon stick , garlic cloves, fry these ingredients grafually. Add some green chillies, and the chopped haldi vegetable roast all the ingredients for a few minutes on low flame.

STEP 05

Add some chopped onions, keep them crunchy. Add some chopped tomatoes and peas. Cook for few minutes and add some  salt.

STEP 06

Take half a cup of curd,  add some red chilli powder., turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix nicely. Keep stirring.

STEP 07

Cook for 2 minutes more on low flame. Serve hot and plenty.
