Ingredients for Haldi Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Raw turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
  • 1 No.s Onions
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1.50 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch Adafoetida
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala

Directions: Haldi Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take some onions, peas, red chilli powder , raw turmeric,  curd, tomatoe purey,  ginger garlic paste,  coriander leaves, ghee, garam masala, green chilli paste,  salt, cumin seeds,  asafoetida and mustard seeds.
  • STEP 2.Take a pan,  add some ghee and add some raw turmeric in it.  cook it till it starts giving away grease on medium flame.
  • STEP 3.Add some chopped onions, green chilli paste,  tomato purey, coriander leaves, some red chilli powder, peas,  salt to taste,  add some curd now, mix well and cook properly.
  • STEP 4.For tempering-
  • STEP 5.Take some ghee in a pan, heat it up,  add cumin seeds,  mustard seeds,  asafoetida,  garlic ginger paste and cook nicely till the grease leaves.
  • STEP 6.Now add this tempering to the sabzi pan.  cook for some minutes.  add garam masala and serve hot.
