STEP 1.1. Take washed ragi, and strain. Add cardamom seeds,coconut and grind them in a blender

STEP 2.2. Transfer in a bowl, strain this too.

STEP 3.3. Take some hot water and add jaggery in it. Mix well. Make sure you get desired consistency.

STEP 4.4. The strained coconut mixture and jaggery must be mixed. Now cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring.

STEP 5.5. Take a plate and grease it. Now pour the cooked ragi in the plate and let it settle for 20 minutes. Refrigerate for 5 hours. The halbai is ready.
