- 2.50 kilogram pork shoulder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon cayenne red chilli
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli
- 2 No.s dry red chillies
- 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 cup mustard oil
- As required Salt
- As required A few Spring onions

How to Make Hakku Choyla Recipe
Cut pork into strips and grill it for 8-10 minutes until it changes colour.
Let it rest for 15-20 minutes
Cut it into small pieces.
Take out these pieces in a bowl.
Heat a pan and add mustard oil in it, heat it well and add fenugreek seeds,dry red chilli and turmeric powder.
In the pork bowl add all the spices and mix it well so all the spices get stuck to the pork.
Now add the prepared oil to the bowl and mix the ingredients well.
Now add salt to the mix and combine everything.
Garnish it with some spring onions and your hakku choyla is ready to be served.
