Ingredients for Hakku Choyla Recipe

  • 2.50 kilogram pork shoulder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli
  • 2 No.s dry red chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 cup mustard oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required A few Spring onions

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut pork into strips and grill it for 8-10 minutes until it changes colour.

  • STEP 1.Let it rest for 15-20 minutes

  • STEP 1.Cut it into small pieces.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Take out these pieces in a bowl.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and add mustard oil in it, heat it well and add fenugreek seeds,dry red chilli and turmeric powder.

  • STEP 1.In the pork bowl add all the spices and mix it well so all the spices get stuck to the pork.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Now add the prepared oil to the bowl and mix the ingredients well.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Now add salt to the mix and combine everything.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Garnish it with some spring onions and your hakku choyla is ready to be served.
