Ingredients for Hakka Masala Noodles Recipe

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/10 tsp Salt
  • 1/10 A Stem Pack hakka noodles
  • 1/5 tbsp Oil
  • 1/10 g pack Masala e magic
  • 1 g Cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/10 inch Chopped ginger
  • 0.30 g Slit Green Chills
  • 1/10 Pieces Sliced onion
  • 1/10 cup Cabbage
  • 1/20 cup Sliced carrot
  • 1/20 cup Sliced capsicum
  • 0.40 Pieces Spring onion
  • 1/10 tbsp Red chili sauce
  • 1/10 tbsp Green chili sauce
  • 1/10 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/10 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/20 tbsp Salt
  • 1/20 tsp pepper powder

Directions: Hakka Masala Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make amazing street style Chowmein Noodle, first place a pan on flame and add 1.5-litre water to it and boil.
  • STEP 2.After bubbles appear, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 pack of Hakka noodles, and boil until 80% for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 3.When the noodles are separated, turn off the flame and drain the water.
  • STEP 4.After draining the hot water, wash it with normal water to stop overcooking.
  • STEP 5.When all the water is drained from the noodles, add 1 tsp of oil and toss the noodles well.
  • STEP 6.Now, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat it on high flame.
  • STEP 7.After the oil is hot, add 10 chopped garlic cloves, 1-inch grated ginger, 3 slits green chilli, masala e magic and saute well.
  • STEP 8.After some time, add 1 sliced onion and saute well on high flame until onion turns translucent.
  • STEP 9.Now add 1 cup of chopped cabbage, 1/2 sliced carrot, 1.2 cups sliced capsicum, spring onion greens, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.
  • STEP 10.After 1 minute, add 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce, 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix everything well.
  • STEP 11.Now add 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and mix well.
  • STEP 12.After 1 minute, add boiled noodles into the pan, mix well, and toss cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 13.After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and garnish it with spring onion greens.
  • STEP 14.Now your Veg Chow mein is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.❤️❤️
