  • 12.50 gram Dried shrimp soaked until soft and drain off water, omit for vegetarian
  • 25 gram Chopped preserved radish
  • 50 gram Extra firm tofu
  • 25 gram Roasted peanuts
  • 12.50 gram Basil leaves or 25 gr dried basil leaves
  • 2.50 gram Mugwort leaves omit if you can't find
  • 5 gram Mint leaves
  • 12.50 gram Coriander leaves
  • 20 gram Roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon Green tea leaves
