Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Season the haddock fillets with salt and pepper.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • STEP 3.Add the haddock fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
