Gwaramari is a traditional dish that comes from a very rich and indigenous Newari culture. This round bread is prepared from all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and oil.
STEP 1.In a bowl take all purpose flour, and gradually add water to it in order to make a thick batter.

STEP 1.Now add baking powder and salt to it.

STEP 1.Mix it well.

STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan.

STEP 1.Damp your hands with some water and using your hand make small balls out of this batter.

STEP 1.Gently drop the balls into the hot oil and cook it on high flame for 1 minute and then reduce the flame to medium.
