Ingredients for Gwar Fali Recipe

  • 250 gram Gavarfali
  • As required Salt
  • 1 No.s Big onion
  • 2 Big tomato
  • 1/2 cup Groundnut powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Coriander powder sp
  • 1/2 Turmeric powder sp
  • 1/2 Cumin powder sp
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 6-7 Garlic Cloves
  • As required Fresh coriander leaves
  • As required Grated ginger
  • 7-8 Curry leaves
  • As required Some coriander leaves

Directions: Gwar Fali Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut gavarfali into pieces

step 2

  • STEP 2.Boil gavarfali for 5 mins

step 3

  • STEP 3.Crush cumin seeds

step 4

  • STEP 4.Crush ginger

step 6

  • STEP 5.1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

step 7

  • STEP 6.2.add crushed cumin seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,garlic cloves & ginger.

  • STEP 7.3.now add turmeric powder,coriander powder & garam masala.

step 9

  • STEP 8.4.add groundnut powder and saute it for a min at low flame.

step 10

  • STEP 9.5.add chopped onions and cook it seems golden brown.

step 11

  • STEP 10.6.now add sliced tomatoes and salt as per taste.

step 12

  • STEP 11.7.mix well & cook for 5 mins at low flame.

step 13

  • STEP 12.8.then add boiled gavarfali,cover and cook for a min.

  • STEP 13.9.sprinkle some coriander leaves
