  • STEP 1.Soak methidana over night
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee
  • STEP 3.Add jeeta n let it crackle
  • STEP 4.Add all spices with some water
  • STEP 5.Add chopped gavarpatha let it cooked a while.
  • STEP 6.Add methi danaa.
  • STEP 7.Sabji is ready.
  • STEP 8.Make dough of 1cup bajri aata
  • STEP 9.Make mini rotis of bajri
  • STEP 10.Cook it well.
  • STEP 11.Apply some garlic chutney on it.
  • STEP 12.Put saag on it.
  • STEP 13.Sprinkle some bhujiya n onion on it.
  • STEP 14.Serve it.
