  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 cup Water

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add the marinated chicken and cook until it turns golden.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, garam masala, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add water, cover the pan, and let the chicken simmer until it is cooked through and the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
