Laddu recipes are common sweet recipes during the all festival season and rava/suji laddu is one such sweet recipe.which requires only a few main ingredients they are roasted rava/suji,sugar.
In this recipe i added Gulkand.
STEP 1.heat 1/2 cup ghee in a pan and add 4 cup rava.
STEP 2.roast on low flame until the rava turns aromatic.
STEP 3.keep roasting on low flame.
STEP 4.in a another pan take 2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.
STEP 5.stir and boil the sugar until 1 string sugar syrup consistency is reached.
STEP 6.turn off the flame and add roasted rava.
STEP 7.keep stirring until the rava is well combined with sugar syrup.
STEP 8.mix well until the mixture turns moist absorbing the sugar syrup.
STEP 9.close pan with lid
STEP 10.after 30min start preparing the laddu
STEP 11.take 1tsp gulkand and stuff in to mixture make laddus
STEP 12.store in an airtight container.
