How to Make Gulkand Rava/suji Laddu Recipe
STEP 01
heat 1/2 cup ghee in a pan and add 4 cup rava.
STEP 02
roast on low flame until the rava turns aromatic.
STEP 03
keep roasting on low flame.
STEP 04
in a another pan take 2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.
STEP 05
stir and boil the sugar until 1 string sugar syrup consistency is reached.
STEP 06
turn off the flame and add roasted rava.
STEP 07
keep stirring until the rava is well combined with sugar syrup.
STEP 08
mix well until the mixture turns moist absorbing the sugar syrup.
STEP 09
close pan with lid
STEP 10
after 30min start preparing the laddu
STEP 11
take 1tsp gulkand and stuff in to mixture make laddus
STEP 12
store in an airtight container.
