  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.13 cup Sugar

Directions: Gulkand Flavor Rice Kheer Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a large saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add the soaked rice and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked and the kheer thickens.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar and gulkand to the kheer and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let the kheer cool down to room temperature. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals before serving, if desired.
