  • 1/4 Bay Leaf

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 cup Tomato Puree
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and whole spices. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Next, add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil. Then, add the fried gulab jamun dumplings and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
