Ingredients for gulab jamun Recipe

  • 0.30 cup 1 1/2 cup
  • 1/20 cup 1/4 cup Cottag
  • 0.60 tablespoon 3 tablespoon
  • 1/20 tsp 1/4 tsp Baking
  • 1/20 tsp 1/4 tsp Baking
  • 1/5 cup each For syrup -Sugar
  • As Required water
  • A Few as per requirement Oil for frying
  • 1.60 g as per requirement Oil for frying

Directions: Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate khoya and cottage cheese.
  • STEP 2.Mix all-purpose flour, cardamom powder and baking soda.Mix it well.Add 2-3 tb.spoon.water to make a smooth soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water.Mix sugar and water.After it starts boiling, switch off the gas.Keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.Divide the khoya dough into 15 portions.Take one portion,make a ball and prepare all the gulab jamuns.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan,low to medium heat.fry 3-4 gulab jamun at a time.until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Now soak them into sugar syrup for 20 min.
  • STEP 7.Your delicious gulab jamun is ready to serve.Serve it hot.
