Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • 50 gm Khoya
  • 0.60 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
  • 0.60 cup water
  • 1/5 tbsp Baking soda
  • 1/5 tbsp Cardamom powder
  • as required hee As Required For Deep Frying

Directions: Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.#Method:- Take a pan add sugar and water. Turn on the flame, mix well and cook into high flame. Stir in between cook 8-9 minute in medium flame. Add cardamom powder and mix it well. When little slickly off the flame. Sugar syrup is ready.
  • STEP 2.Take a plate and mash the Khoya very nicely. Add maida and mix well and knead soft dough. Then add baking powder and mix everything well.
  • STEP 3.Make balls. Take a kadhai turn ghee. Check temperature, low heated ghee. Deep fry balls in low flame. Fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Take out balls and add lukewarm sugar syrup. Dip into 3-4 hours in sugar syrup. Thus Gulab Jamun is ready to serve......😋😋
