Ingredients for Gulab jamun Recipe

  • 1/10 cup water
  • 1/10 cup Sugar
  • 0.07 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.07 cup Bread crumbs
  • 0.13 tbsp Milk
  • 0.33 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add water,add sugar mix it well.dissolve sugar on medium flame.boil until syrup turns sticky.turn off flame,close lid and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add ghee,add milk, add breadcrumbs in bunches and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add ghee and knead well to prepare dough.knead well until soft dough,prepare smooth dough.take pinch ball size mix and prepare gulabjamuns.close lid of dough mix while making Gulabjamun.prepare crack free balls.prepare tight and smooth balls.
  • STEP 4.Add prepare ball into the ghee fry on low medium flame.if it is sticking in the base swirl pan gently.gently rotate with spoon and fry on all sides until golden.take out after golden
  • STEP 5.Add prepared balls into the chashni.turn on flame and boil syrup for 2 min. Turn off flame and soak it for 30 min.close lid and keep aside for 30 min.bread Gulabjamun is ready.
