  • STEP 1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat ghee and add semolina. Roast the semolina until it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 2.In another pan, bring milk to a boil. Add the roasted semolina and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar and cardamom powder to the mixture and stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Shape the mixture into small balls or desired shapes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped nuts like almonds and pistachios. Serve Gul-e-Firdaus chilled as a dessert.
