  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, ghee, and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
  • STEP 3.Place a spoonful of the desired filling in the center of each circle. Fold the circle in half and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the ghughras until golden brown and crispy.
