  • 0.13 cup Jaggery
  • 2.75 Leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the raw mangoes. Boil them until soft.
  • STEP 2.Remove the pulp from the mangoes and discard the seeds.
  • STEP 3.In a blender, add the mango pulp, jaggery, mint leaves, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 4.Add chilled water and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Gujarati Aam Ka Panna chilled with a sprinkle of roasted cumin powder.
