Ingredients for Gughra Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Maida
  • 1/4 Cup Rawa
  • 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut grated
  • 1/4 Tsp Elachi powder
  • As Required Water
  • 1/2 g hee

Directions: Gughra Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take maida add ghee and water and make a tight dough and rest for 15 min till then roast rawa in a kadai till color changes now add coconut grated and elaichi powder then once d mixture cools down add powder sugar and mix now make balls of maida dough n roll it into puri and take ghughra maker mold and give it a shape and deep fry
