Phirni is an indian dessert made of rice and milk, the rice ground to a paste and then cooked with milk and condiments! this is the first phirni recipe on this blog and i am super excited to tell you all that this phirni is different from the common version. This is because:its made with organic jaggery/brown sugar and almonds it uses less sugar and can be touted as an energising superfood! you can use refined sugar but its the jaggery that gives this phirni a phenomenal taste. Serve it chilled in small earthenware cups!.
