  • 2.50 En Chilies, Finely Chopped

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the guavas. Remove the seeds and chop them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped guavas, sugar, salt, and lemon juice to the pan. Cook on low heat until the guavas become soft and the chutney thickens.
  • STEP 4.Allow the chutney to cool and then transfer it to a clean, sterilized jar.
