  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the guavas. Cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, add the guava pieces, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, and chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chaat masala, black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with sev (fried gram flour noodles) and pomegranate seeds.
  • STEP 5.Serve immediately and enjoy the tangy and refreshing Guava Chaat.
