Ingredients for Groundnut Soup Recipe

  • 1 cup raw groundnuts
  • 1 pound beef cut into small slices
  • 5 cloves peeled garlic
  • 1/2 inch 1 peeled ginger
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Nos tomatoes diced or blended
  • 1/2 cup oil/canola
  • 3 Nos small seasoning cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Nos hot pepper, optional

  • STEP 1.Wash and clean beef

  • STEP 1.Blend roasted peanuts finely and Separately blend ginger,garlic and habanero pepper

  • STEP 1.Dry roast peanuts for 5-10 mins

  • STEP 1.In a cooking pot add beef followed by 2 cups of water,1/2 tsp salt,1 maggi cube and a tbsp of chopped onions and Cook it for about 20 minutes

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan & heat it, add chopped onions and saute it add in tomatoes and stir fry.

  • STEP 1.Now add in blend ginger garlic paste followed by beef and stock, then add ground peanuts, seasoning cupes and salt to it.

  • STEP 1.Then add ground peanuts,seasoning cubes and a teaspoon of salt

step 13

  • STEP 1.Cook it for 5-10 mins at low flame and serve with white rice.
