  • 1 cup raw groundnuts
  • 1 pound beef cut into small slices
  • 5 cloves peeled garlic
  • 1/2 inch 1 peeled ginger
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 Nos tomatoes diced or blended
  • 1/2 cup oil/canola
  • 3 Nos small seasoning cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Nos hot pepper, optional

How to Make Groundnut Soup Recipe

STEP 01

Wash and clean beef

Blend roasted peanuts finely and Separately blend ginger,garlic and habanero pepper

Dry roast peanuts for 5-10 mins

STEP 01

In a cooking pot add beef followed by 2 cups of water,1/2 tsp salt,1 maggi cube and a tbsp of chopped onions and Cook it for about 20 minutes

Add oil in a pan & heat it, add chopped onions and saute it add in tomatoes and stir fry.

Now add in blend ginger garlic paste followed by beef and stock, then add ground peanuts, seasoning cupes and salt to it.

Then add ground peanuts,seasoning cubes and a teaspoon of salt

Cook it for 5-10 mins at low flame and serve with white rice.
