How to Make Ground Pork Stir Fry With Pickled Long Beans Recipe


1 in a mixing bowl add 300 gms ground pork, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp oyster sauce, white pepper powder to taste, ½ tsp sugar and mix well. Keep aside.


2 heat the wok and add 2 ½ tbsp oil, 2 tbsp diced ginger ,3 tbsp diced garlic, 3 to 4 diced pickled chillies and stir until fragrant, then keep aside.


3 then add the ground pork and spread the meat. Using a spatula break up the pieces of the meat to ensure that the mince cooks through. Add the sauteed ginger garlic and chilies to the mince and mix well. Ensure that the mince cooked well.


4 when the pork is fully cooked check for seasoning and adjust accordingly. Push the pork aside and add 230 gms of diced pickled long beans and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.


5 then add the pork and mix till well combined.


6 lastly add 1 handful of chopped scallion and take the pork off the heat.


7 serve as a side dish or a topping for noodle soup or rice porridge.
