How to Make Grilled Squids In White Soy Sauce Recipe
Chillies and remove their inner membranes
Use only the bottom part of lemon grass
Peel off shallots,garlic cloves, ginger and turmeric
Soak tamarind pulp in water.
Grind-shallots,fresh chillies, turmeric,garlic cloves,ginger, lemongrass and palm deseed sugar finely.
Mix the tamarind water and soy sauce to the ground mixture.
Wash and clean squids, remove the innards and make cuts from middle
Now keep it aside for 20 mins
heat pan/grill over medium heat
if using pan then add some oil for grilling
place the squids on the pan/grill.
baste the grilling prawns with the marinade mixture.
grill the squids until the cuts begin to curl
