Ingredients for Grilled Herbed Paneer Recipe

  • 0.33 litre Full fat milk
  • 0.33 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 0.08 tsp chilly FLAKES
  • 1.33 A Few Black Peppercorns: Freshly Cracked- Optional
  • 0.33 g reen chilly
  • 0.33 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Oil/butter

Directions: Grilled Herbed Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take milk in a pan and keep for boiling.
  • STEP 2.Bring to a boil and turn the flame to low.
  • STEP 3.Add all the ingredients except oil and lemon juice and stir.
  • STEP 4.Now add lemon juice to curdle the milk.
  • STEP 5.Sieve and keep aside so all the water is drained.
  • STEP 6.Keep the Paneer in the fridge to set for 3-4hours.
  • STEP 7.When its set, cut into desired shape and grill from both the sides by applying oil/butter on a hot tawa or grill pan.
  • STEP 8.Enjoy with your choice of sauce.
