  • 4 jumbo raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.38 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 slices about 3 large limes, very thinly sliced into rounds
  • As required olive oil cooking spray, I use my mister

  • 0.19 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.03 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 2 bamboo skewers soaked in water 1 hour
  • 0.13 lime cut into 8 wedges
