These potatoes are my newest obsession first of all, theyre as cute as anything ive ever seen. secondly, they are parboiled and then grilled, which gives them a smooth texture on the inside, and a slightly soft outside with just the right amount of grilled bits. and, of course, lastly, theres the awesome flavour of basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese from the basil pesto.
