A mexican recipe of grilled pork chops are full of lip-smacking flavour. This delicious dish is prepared from marinating pork in adobo sauce and then grilled from each side.

Boil water in pan and turn of the heat
Add the guajillo chiles and ancho chiles to the pan
Cover the lid and rest for 5mins
Char the garlic and onion
Blend smooth , the garlic ,onion,chipotle,bay leaves,pepper,oregano,cumin,cinnamon,cloves,apple cider vinegar,water,achiote paste,salt,pineapple juice and boiled chilies in a blender
Pour adobo sauce and cover each pork chops
Cover with plastic and marinade refrigerate for 4hours
Heat the grill
Cook the pork on each side for 4mins. And serve.
