Directions: Green Tomato Subzi Recipe
STEP 1.Wash and pat dry green tomatoes. Chopped into pieces.
STEP 2.In cooking pan add heat oil. Temper with mustard seeds cumin seeds as splutter add asafoetida,tumeric powder.
STEP 3.Add chopped green tomatoes pieces, salt saute for 2 minutes. Add little water. Cover with lid filled with water. Stirring in between cook till tender .
STEP 4.Add red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, jaggery powder, coarse peanuts powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes for spices to incorporate with cooked green tomatoes.( Add jaggery powder as taste).
STEP 5.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Relish Delicious Hot Green Tomato Subzi with Kadhi, Rotis/Parathas/ Theplas.
