STEP 1.In a small mixer grinder jar grind 2 tbsp of long leaf green tea to a fine powder. Keep aside.

STEP 1.In a preheated pan add 1 tsp ghee and 2 cups tightly packed fresh grated coconut. Roast on low to medium heat for 3 to4 minutes till the coconut begins to change colour and the aroma comes through. The coconut begins to dry as the moisture evaporates. Do not brown the coconut.

STEP 1.Next add the fine green tea powder, 4 to 5 powdered cardamoms seeds. Mix well. Lastly add 1/2 cup condensed milk which acts as a binding ingredient and a sweetner.

STEP 1.Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken and comes away from the sides of the pan.it will begin to come together like a halwa consistency. All the condensed will be absorbed by the coconut.

STEP 1.Turn off the heat and transfer to a pan to cool. Grease palms to roll the ladoo. Take small lemon or smaller bite size portions. Press and roll into tight small ladoos.

STEP 1.Roll each ladoo in desiccated coconut to coat evenly. Green tea ladoos are ready.
