3 No.s Green peppers
2 No.s Eggs
3 No.s Garlic Cloves
1 No.s Spring onion
2 piece Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Ground red pepper
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
2 tablespoon Oil
Directions: Green Pepper And Egg Stir Fry Recipe
STEP 1.break 2 eggs into a small bowl and whisk well.
STEP 1. in a wok heat 1 tsp oil till smoking, add the whisked eggs and continuously stir till scrambled. Remove and keep aside.
STEP 2.in the same wok, heat the other 1 tsp oil till smoking, add 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 2 finely chopped slices of ginger, ½ tsp ground red pepper, 1 finely chopped spring onion and fry for a few seconds. add 3 green peppers cut into bite size pieces and stir fry for a few seconds.
STEP 3.add 1 tsp light soy sauce and stir together for 30 seconds. add salt to taste and stir together.
STEP 4.add the scrambled eggs back to the wok, mix together and fry for another 30 seconds.
transfer to a plate and serve.
