  • 3 No.s Green peppers
  • 2 No.s Eggs
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 No.s Spring onion
  • 2 piece Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

step 1

  • STEP 1.break 2 eggs into a small bowl and whisk well.
  • STEP 1. in a wok heat 1 tsp oil till smoking, add the whisked eggs and continuously stir till scrambled. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.in the same wok, heat the other 1 tsp oil till smoking, add 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 2 finely chopped slices of ginger, ½ tsp ground red pepper, 1 finely chopped spring onion and fry for a few seconds. add 3 green peppers cut into bite size pieces and stir fry for a few seconds.
  • STEP 3.add 1 tsp light soy sauce and stir together for 30 seconds. add salt to taste and stir together.
  • STEP 4.add the scrambled eggs back to the wok, mix together and fry for another 30 seconds. transfer to a plate and serve.
