STEP 1.To make the stuffing, in a mixer blender add green peas, ginger, green chillis, sugar, salt and all the spices (except hing powder and kalanji seeds)and blend it into paste..
STEP 2.In a frying pan, add ghee.. When it becomes little hot add kalanji seeds and hing powder and stir it in medium heat..after 2minutes add the paste.. Fry it untill it transforms into dough like texture.. Let it cool down..To make the dough, in a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, semolina and salt (little bit) and mix them..now add 4tbsps of oil and again mix them well..with the lukewarm water make a smooth dough..greese the dough with some oil and cover it with a cotton cloth.. Keep it for 20minutes to set.
STEP 3.Devide the dough into equal sized balls..Greese little bit of oil in your palm..take a ball and make a hole in it.. Stuff the hole with the green peas stuffing and seal it properly.. Make all the stuffed balls in the same way..grease them with oil and by a rolling pin roll them very carefully so that no stuffing comes out..
STEP 4.In a kadai pour vegetable oil and heat it in high flame.. When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the puris one by one.. Serve the puris hot with some spicy potato curry..
