Ingredients for Green peas masala Recipe

  • 1.20 nos Cup Frozen green peas Tablespoon Oil Teaspoon Cumin Onion large
  • 0.40 nos finely chopped Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste Tomato medium
  • 2 nos finely chopped Green chili finely choppeda pinch Turmeric Teaspoon Chilli powder Teaspoon Garam masalaSalt as required Cups Water

Directions: Green Peas Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.keep green peas in water submerged until thawed, it will be ready in 5 minutes to use.
  • STEP 2.1 Cup Frozen green peas
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.
  • STEP 4.3 Tablespoon Oil
  • STEP 5.Add cumin and let it splutter.
  • STEP 6.1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • STEP 7.Add onions, saute and cook for a couple of minutes or until it turns soft.
  • STEP 8.1 Onion
  • STEP 9.Now add ginger garlic paste followed by green chilies, saute and cook for a minute or until raw aroma vanishes.
  • STEP 10.1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste,1 Green chili
  • STEP 11.Mix in tomatoes, add salt, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes or until oil separates.
  • STEP 12.1 Tomato,a pinch Turmeric,2 Teaspoon Chilli powder,Salt,1 Teaspoon Garam masala
  • STEP 13.Add green peas, water, mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until curry reaches desired consistency.
  • STEP 14.2 Cups Water
  • STEP 15.Finally, mix in coconut cream, coriander and turn off the heat.
  • STEP 16.4 Teaspoons Coconut cream,handful Fresh coriander leaves
  • STEP 17.Serve piping hot green peas masala with paratha, naan or rice
